A beautiful hideaway cottage in a gem of a village. The house is very comfortable and has every facility you could ask for and the large conservatory an added bonus. Well located for all the must see places in North Wales, and only 4 miles from the walled town of Conwy. The local pub is warm amd welcoming and visitors should ensure they go along on a Friday evening when the locals gather for the weekly Welsh singing. Not to be missed. We found that a week was not nearly long enough in Llys Y Wennol (the Court of the Swallow) and look forward to returning. Mr F, Edinburgh, Midlothian 12 November 2010
Very good cottage with excellent facilities. Mrs P, Stoke-on-trent, Staffordshire 31 October 2010
We have stayed in the Conwy Valley for over 25 years - this house is a very nice place to stay - very well equipped and clean - the garden is secure for your dog which is one of the best features - the village pub is very good and you can have a nice meal inside (with dog) and there is a good beer garden - the village of Rowen is beautiful - you are not far from Conwy and Llandudno - lovely - even in the rain! - would holiday nowhere else. Mrs B, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire 24 August 2010
The accommodation and facilities were excellent. A big bonus was a large sunny conservatory which was brilliant for a toddler to play in and also for sitting in when it was raining. Mrs M, Shifnal, Shropshire 15 August 2010
A fantastic location which offers the best of the coast and the mountains of Wales. An exceptionally equipped cottage in a very pretty village with a warm and welcoming local pub. Mr T, CHESTER, Cheshire 06 January 2010
A fantastic location both for visiting the seaside at Llandudno and also the Snowdonia national park. The house was very well equipped - the best we have stayed at and we loved the conservatory - it was great to have breakfast in there in the morning listening to the birds singing. Rowen is certainly a charming village and there is so much to do nearby, also having Sky+ was a real bonus! Mr S, Milton Keynes 17 September 2009
The house was lovely, one of the best equipped I have experienced and I would recommend it to others. Miss H, Birkenhead, Merseyside 17 September 2009
